Professional Women’s Network Branding

Through an initiative called the Professional Women's Network (PWN), Ford recognises the achievements of women in STEM. PWN provides tools and resources to help the Ford family be heard and reach their personal and professional aspirations. Guest speakers are invited to share their stories with female Ford employees, and employees are in turn encouraged to network between departments, and share their own stories.
I was invited to create a brand that would engage more women within the male dominated environment, with a goal to encourage everyone to be allies of gender equality.
A custom hand lettered logo was created to resemble a signature or handwritten note; inviting with a personal touch. Modern and not overly fussy with flourishes this direction maintains professionalism.
